Tooth Removal

Tooth removal is a surgical procedure performed by expert dentists for removing one tooth or numbers of teeth. The reasons of tooth removal are not fixed. It can become essential due to several reasons. One of the most significant reasons is damaged tooth far off repair. This procedure is highly needed if gingivitis, crooked teeth occurs and there is no sufficient space in the patients mouth for wisdom teeth. Dentists first identify the troublesome area in teeth and treat them by filling or crowning.

Reasons for Tooth Removal:

Damaged tooth is cured by removing it with some important procedure named filling and crowning. Sometimes tooth needs removal other than dental care as the dental crisis is not cured without extracting. Even some patients suffer dental problems due to long term illness and medication. They have weak immunity power and it causes dental infection. The illness and drugs accelerates:

Types of Tooth Removal:

Basically there are two types of tooth removal procedures which provide patients relief from acute pain. These categories include Simple Tooth Removal and Surgical Tooth Removal.

• Simple Tooth Removal: To treat the externally visible teeth simple tooth removal is required. This procedure can be performed by general dentists. This extraction needs general anesthetic injection before removing.
• Surgical Tooth Removal: It is just opposite of visible teeth. When breakage or damage is occurred under the gum and teeth are partially erupted then surgical tooth removal is required. This extraction needs to cut the gum for further step and expert oral surgeon to get best result.
